Edible cookie dough is a childhood favorite. But, who says you have to grow up and leave all the fun to the kiddos? Make your own dough in less than four minutes and nosh away without the guilt! This protein powered treat is sure to become a go-to, and is easily customizable with your favorite mix-ins!

Ingredients

Scant 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk alternative)

2 scoops Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein

2 scoops peanut flour (use Nuzest scoop; peanut flour such as Anthony's Goods)

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon alcohol-free vanilla

Pinch of salt, add to taste


Method

1. Add all ingredients to a small bowl and combine.

2. Add your favorite toppings.

3. That's it! (except for saying "yum" every few bites...)
