Here at Nuzest, we stand behind our products. If you experience a problem with your order, we ask that you notify us within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Please include your name and order number with your email through our contact page. Please note that all returned, unopened products are subject to a restocking fee and the cost of shipping and handling.
We do not accept returns of product that has already been opened. We are committed to delivering the highest quality products and we offer individual sizes for most products, so you can try them out before committing to a larger size product.
