This amazing, easy-to-make fudge is good for you, packed with protein, and tastes sooooo good!

Ingredients

2 servings Nuzest Clean Lean Protein Vanilla

1/2 cup Oat Flour

1/2 cup Non-Dairy Milk

1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

1/3 cup Sunbutter

Chocolate chips/Chunks to Taste


Method

1. Combine Nuzest Clean Lean Protein & oat flour in a bowl, then add remaining ingredients and mix well until it forms a dough (knead with hands).

2. Line any pan or dish with wax paper, and transfer dough into dish and press down to form desired shape.

3. You can now INSTANTLY cut into squares and enjoy! (or refrigerate until ready to serve).

NOTES: *Protein powder must be vegan as it creates bulk and thickness unlike whey or collagen proteins.
