Vanilla N’Oatmeal Recipe
This tasty and heart warming "no oatmeal" comes from our friend Gigi Eats Celebrities. This low-carb Vanilla N'Oatmeal will keep you full and satisfied.
Serving Size: 1 recipe
Nutrition facts are approximate and calculated with 2 cups cauliflower.
1-2 cups frozen cauliflower (you can use raw)
1/3 cup flax milk, unsweetened
1 scoop Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
1 1/2 tbs cinnamon (can use more or less depending on your cinnamon obsession)
1/2 tbs coconut oil
1/3 cup diced & roasted butternut squash
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl (or your blender).
2. Mix together (or puree).
3. Transfer to a sauce pan to warm up.
4. Pour into your favorite bowl and scarf!
