1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
1/2 Cup Smooth Vanilla Nuzest Clean Lean Protein
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
3 Tbs Pumpkin Pie Spice Flavored Liquid Stevia (or your favorite sweetener)
3/4 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
Vegan, Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips optional, but HIGHLY recommended!
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
2. Layer in a baking dish and smooth the top.
3. Cover with chocolate chips (optional).
4. Bake at 360 degrees for 35 minutes.
