Protein Cauliflower Crumbles Recipe
This recipe takes "Meatless Mondays" to a whole new level! Make your own savory, veggie-based meat substitute in a cinch with healthy ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen! Use cauliflower as a base to give a great vitamin kick - while Nuzest Clean Lean Protein powder provides the protein your muscles crave. 12 oz frozen riced cauliflower, thawed
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1/3 cup Nuzest Just Natural Clean Lean Protein
1 tablespoon cumin
1/2 tablespoon turmeric
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 tablespoons liquid aminos
Pinch of salt, optional
1. Add cauliflower and dry ingredients to a small mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Add remaining ingredients and stir to incorporate.
2. Preheat a large skillet lightly coated with avocado oil. Once warm, add cauliflower mixture and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for approximately 5 minutes or until cooked through.
