1 scoop Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein

1 scoop Nuzest Just Fruit & Veg, Wild Berry

1 scoop peanut flour, use Nuzest scoop

1/2 cup applesauce

1 teaspoon alcohol free vanilla

2 teaspoons coconut nectar, or preferred liquid sweetener

1 tablespoon almond butter

Desired toppings (shown with cacao nibs and strawberries)


1. Add dry ingredients to a medium size mixing bowl and combine. Add applesauce, vanilla, coconut nectar, and almond butter. Stir to combine.

2. Scoop approximately 2 tablespoons of mixture into palms and gently roll into 2 inch balls. Eat as is, or roll balls in desired toppings.

3. These are totally delicious with cacao nibs and strawberries (as shown).

*Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
