More Power Less Flour Blondies Recipe

These flourless blondies from Press Start Nutrition make a great snack or dessert. Plus, they are packed with protein and fiber and contain no grains or flour. They are vegan friendly too and are a guaranteed crowd pleaser!
1 Ripe banana
15 oz can chickpeas, drained
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup mix - ins (such as raisins or chocolate chips)
1.Preheat oven to 350 and spray an 8x8 inch baking pan.
2. Combine all ingredients except "mix ins" in a food processor or blender until pretty even.
3. Fold in mix-ins (optional)
4. Pour all batter into prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean (doesn't matter that much since they are vegan).
5. Cut into 12 squares and enjoy!
