Fudge Vegan Pumpkin Brownies

- 1/2 cup pumpkin
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 mashed banana (or sub 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (or other nut butter)
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 serving (1 scoop) of Real Coffee Clean Lean Protein
- Combine wet ingredients until smooth.
- Add cacao and protein powder. Mix until smooth.
- Pour into a loaf pan and bake 35-40 minutes at 350°F
