Starting off my week with a fresh batch of pancakes, hoping it will make it less stressful. Whip up these energizing and filling Cappuccino Banana Protein Pancakes this morning!


Ingredients

1/2 banana

1/3 cup oat flour

3/4 cup almond milk

1.5 scoops Nuzest Clean Lean Protein Creamy Cappuccino (or Real Coffee)

1 pinch baking soda/powder


Method

1. Blend all ingredients.

2. Cook on a pancake griddle or pan.

3. Flip when bubbly on top.

4. Plate and top with strawberries, cinnamon, agave, and sunflower butter.
