These 4 Ingredient Butternut Brownies are courtesy of @lilsipper. Easy, Vegan, Paleo, Keto, and Candida Diet Friendly Brownies! All you need are 4 simple ingredients! It’s Lilsipper's goal in life to make life a little easier for those with digestive issues, allergies, or just wanting to live a healthier life. This recipe uses Nuzest Clean Lean Protein Probiotic Cacao, which was specially formulated in collaboration with Bethany Ugarte.
1 cup butternut squash puree (sweet potato or pumpkin puree will also work)
1/2 cup Digestive Support Cacao Protein
1/2 cup unsweetened cacao powder
1/4 cup fine flaxmeal (grind flaxmeal in a small bullet blender until super fine)
Optional: SBC unsweetened chocolate chips
1. Mix all ingredients, transfer into a small lined/greased dish or cupcake tin and press down firmly. *NOTE: Batter does not rise so fill pan to desired height.
2. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
