These six smoothie bowl recipes are guaranteed to make your tastebuds sing! Smoothies are a great way to get not only your macronutrients in (carbs, fats and proteins) but they are also an efficient way to get your micronutrients in as well. Both macro and micro nutrients are needs for a well balanced diet!

Cherry Vanilla Smoothie Bowl


  • 2 cups frozen sweet cherries⁠
  • 1 banana, frozen⁠
  • 6 oz vanilla yogurt⁠ (or vegan alternative)
  • 1 T chia seeds⁠
  • 1/2 t vanilla extract⁠
  • 1 cup almond milk⁠
  • 2 scoops Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
  • fresh cherries, for garnish⁠


  1. Add frozen cherries, banana, yogurt, chia seeds, and vanilla extract to blender, then pour in the almond milk.⁠
  2. Turn on the blender and blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop it once or twice to scrape down the sides or loosen up some frozen fruit stuck in the blades.⁠
  3. If the consistency is too thick, add more milk. If it’s too thin, add more frozen cherries or add 1/2 cup of ice cubes.⁠
  4. Garnish with fresh cherries, if desired, and serve. ⁠

Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl


  • 1 1/2 frozen banana⁠
  • 1/2 cup almond milk⁠
  • 1/4 t cinnamon⁠
  • 1/2 t vanilla extract ⁠
  • 1 T flax seed meal⁠
  • 2 T peanut butter⁠
  • 1 scoop Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein


  1. In a high powered blender, blend almond milk and frozen bananas until smooth. (Tip: cut bananas very small before freezing so they don't break your blender).
  2. Add cinnamon, peanut butter, and protein powder. Blend on high until creamy and smooth. Pour into a fancy glass, drizzle peanut butter on top, and enjoy!⁠

Spirulina Smoothie Bowl


  • 1 orange (peeled and preferably frozen)⁠
  • 1 cup frozen diced mango⁠
  • 1 frozen banana⁠
  • 1.5 t spirulina powder⁠
  • ½ cup almond milk⁠
  • 1/2 serving Just Natural Clean Lean Protein


  1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Top with pieces of the Vanilla Almond Clean Lean Protein Bar, Goji Berries, and Chia Seeds, creamy almond butter, and hemp seeds.

Vanilla Matcha Smoothie Bowl


  • 1 1/4 cups coconut milk (it's thicker, it's creamier, just trust me on this one)⁠
  • 1 cup frozen spinach⁠
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Matcha Clean Lean Protein
  • 1 ½ cups frozen mango⁠
  • 1 ½ cups frozen pineapple⁠
  • 1/2 t vanilla extract ⁠
  • 1 T flax seed meal⁠


  1. Add all the ingredients into your high speed blender and blend until smooth.

Tropical Pink Smoothie Bowl


  • 3/4 cup whole frozen strawberries ⁠
  • 3/4 cup frozen pitaya ⁠
  • 1 frozen banana⁠
  • 2 scoops Wild Strawberry Clean Lean Protein⁠
  • ¼ cup coconut (or non dairy) yogurt⁠
  • 2 T almond butter⁠
  • 2 t agave⁠
  • 1 t pure vanilla extract⁠
  • 1 cup coconut water (for a creamier smoothie use unsweetened almond milk)⁠


    1. Place all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth. Decorate your bowl with your fav toppings, and enjoy!⁠

    Blue Mermaid Smoothie Bowl


    • 1 1/2 ripe bananas peeled and frozen⁠
    • 1 cup fresh mango frozen⁠
    • 1/2 cup non dairy yogurt⁠
    • 2 scoops Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein⁠
    • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk ⁠
    • 1/4 cup orange juice⁠
    • 1 t lime zest⁠
    • 2 to 3 t blue spirulina powder or blue pea flower powder⁠
    • 1/2 cup ice⁠


    1. Add all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. If needed, add more almond milk to make smoothie thinner, or add ice to make smoothie thicker.⁠
    2. Pour blue smoothie into a bowl, top with flowers for aesthetic, and pretend you’re in the mermaid lagoon. ⁠
