Zenya Bashford

Bio: Australian singer/songwriter Zenya has shared the stage and studio with the likes of Justin Timberlake, Jay Z, Demi Lovato, Boyz II Men, Shaggy, Stevie Wonder and many more. Now she is poised to take over the stage on her own. Born and raised in Newcastle Australia, Zenya took to music early, learning to play the guitar at age 9 and started writing songs that very same year. She quickly became known as a local talent, playing and singing everywhere from churches and bars throughout her teen years. Collaborating with artists such as Talib Kweli, Kymani Marley, Shaggy, and more, she quickly established herself as a vocal and songwriting talent on the scene.

Zenya would then go on to tour for the next two years with Justin. First for his co-headlining tour “Legends Of Summer” with rap royalty Jay Z, and then for his own The 20/20 Experience Tour, and figured prominently on the stage as one of the Tennessee Kids. Zenya still works with JT and many others including Alessia Cara, Tori Kelli, Jennifer Hudson, the legendary Stevie Wonder and has featured on the platinum Meek Mill album “Dreams Worth More Than Money” ft. Nicki Minaj. Even with all of her accomplishments during this time, Zenya has never taken her eyes off of her main objective, writing and recording her own songs.
