Ingredients

*** Crust***

2 whole food bars of choice like Lara Bars or any other you prefer

*** Filling***

1/2 cup Nuzest Clean Lean Protein, Smooth Vanilla

1/2 cup oat flour

1/4 cup cashew butter

1 cup water

2-3 Tbsp coconut butter (not oil)


Method

1. Line a small springform pan (or small dish of choice) with parchment paper and press down bars for the crust.

2. Mix Nuzest Clean Lean Protein and oat flour in a large bowl, then transfer to a blender (I used my Vitamix) and blend with remaining ingredients until smooth.

3. Pour mixture into prepared dish with crust and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

4. Option to melt chocolate of choice and drizzle before serving.
