This Cacao Mint Pitaya Bowl comes from our friend @isatales. Its star ingredient is dragonfruit, an extremely nutrient dense fruit that is low in calories. One cup is only 136 calories & provides 7g of fiber, 3g protein, iron, magnesium, vitamin C and vitamin E. Two main antioxidants called beta-carotene and lycopene give dragon fruit it’s rich pink color. These antioxidants are known for fighting free radicals, which are unstable molecules that cause cell damage and contribute to inflammation and disease.


Ingredients

1 scoop of Quick Vita Kick Cacao Mint

Handful of granola of your favorite granola

1/3 dragon fruit

Handful of blueberries

Drizzle of chocolate coconut CBD oil


Method

1. Add blueberries, dragonfruit, and Quick Vita Kick in a blender and combine until smooth.

2. Pour smoothie in a bowl and top with granola, blueberries, dragonfruit pieces and drizzle with CBD coconut oil.
