These six easy smoothie bowl recipes are a treat for your eyes and stomach! From flamingo pink to mermaid green, these Instagram-worthy smoothie bowls are as aesthetically pleasing as they are delicious, but they're good for you too!

Smoothies with Clean Lean Protein by Nuzest are a great way to get not only your macronutrients in (carbs, fats, and proteins) but they are also an efficient way to get your micronutrients in as well. Both are important for a well-balanced diet. 


CHERRY VANILLA SMOOTHIE BOWL

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen sweet cherries⁠
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 6 oz vanilla plant-based yogurt of your choice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds⁠
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract⁠
  • 1 cup almond milk⁠
  • 1 serving Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein by Nuzest
  • Optional: fresh cherries for garnish⁠

⁠Method

  1. Add cherries, banana, plant-based yogurt, chia seeds, and vanilla extract to blender, then pour in the almond milk.⁠
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop it once or twice to scrape down the sides or loosen up some frozen fruit stuck in the blades.⁠
  3. If the consistency is too thick, add more milk. If it’s too thin, add more frozen cherries or add 1/2 cup of ice cubes.⁠
  4. If desired, garnish with fresh cherries and enjoy!


CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE BOWL

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 frozen bananas⁠
  • 1/2 cup almond milk⁠
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon⁠
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract ⁠
  • 1 tbsp flax seed meal⁠
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter⁠ 
  • 1/2 serving Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein by Nuzest⁠

Method

  1. In a blender, mix almond milk and frozen bananas until smooth. (Tip: cut bananas very small before freezing so they don't break your blender).
  2. Add cinnamon, peanut butter, and Clean Lean Protein. Blend on high until creamy and smooth. Pour into a fancy glass, drizzle peanut butter on top, and enjoy!⁠


SPIRULINA SMOOTHIE BOWL

Ingredients

  • 1 orange (peeled and preferably frozen)⁠
  • 1 cup frozen diced mango⁠
  • 1 frozen banana⁠
  • 1 1/2 tsp spirulina powder⁠
  • 1/2 cup almond milk⁠
  • 1/2 serving Just Natural Clean Lean Protein by Nuzest

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Top with Goji Berries, Chia Seeds, creamy almond butter, and hemp seeds.


VANILLA MATCHA SMOOTHIE BOWL

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups coconut milk (it's thicker and creamier, trust me on this one!)⁠
  • 1 cup frozen spinach⁠
  • 1/2 serving Vanilla Matcha Clean Lean Protein ⁠
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mango⁠
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple⁠
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract ⁠
  • 1 tbsp flax seed meal⁠

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth. Easy!


TROPICAL PINK SMOOTHIE BOWL

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup whole frozen strawberries ⁠
  • 3/4 cup frozen dragon fruit
  • 1 frozen banana⁠
  • 2 scoops Wild Strawberry Clean Lean Protein⁠ by Nuzest
  • 1/4 cup coconut, or other plant-based yogurt of your choice
  • 2 tbsp almond butter⁠
  • 2 tsp agave⁠
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract⁠
  • 1 cup coconut water (for a creamier smoothie, use unsweetened almond milk)⁠

    Method

    1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Decorate your bowl with your fav toppings, and dig in!


    BLUE MERMAID SMOOTHIE BOWL

    Ingredients⁠

    • 1 1/2 ripe bananas, peeled and frozen⁠
    • 1 cup fresh mango frozen⁠
    • 1/2 cup plant-based yogurt of your choice⁠
    • 1 serving Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein⁠ by Nuzest
    • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk ⁠
    • 1/4 cup orange juice⁠
    • 1 tsp lime zest⁠
    • 2 - 3 tsp blue spirulina powder or blue pea flower powder⁠
    • 1/2 cup ice⁠

    Method

    1. Add all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. If needed, add more almond milk to make smoothie thinner, or add ice to make smoothie thicker.⁠
    2. Pour blue smoothie into a bowl, top with flowers for aesthetic, and pretend you’re in the mermaid lagoon. ⁠
