Diet & Nutrition Inspiring People

Love oatmeal but want to change it up a bit? Our friend Sydney has just the solution. Learn how to make protein-packed blueberry coffee baked oats, which is sure to satisfy. Find out more about Sydney in our interview, below:

For me, living a healthy lifestyle is all about finding a balance and doing what makes me happy. I choose to fuel my body with whole, clean foods for the majority of the time, but I allow myself treats here and there to keep that healthy balance. I like to throw in fun healthy recipes to keep from getting bored. I also try to take time to remember why I live this lifestyle, because I truly believe mental health plays a big role as well. On top of my diet, I stay very active. I lift weights at the gym about five times a week, and I switch up my workouts every now and then to keep it fun. Nuzest is the first plant-based protein powder that I truly enjoy eating. It has an amazing flavor as well as texture, and the ingredients are spot on. It doesn’t have weird additives or artificial sweeteners. With all of the essential amino acids, I don’t feel like I’m missing out on any benefits with this stuff. It is truly one of my favorites. Here is a yummy breakfast recipe that you can whip up anytime!
